Favorite Projects Of 2011

Hi everyone!

So this week I've been kinda on a break.  Still finishing up on swaps and getting ready for blog hops but mostly just relaxing.  I decided to share my favorite projects of the year!  Enjoy!

Whew....my December has been crazy!  Sad to say I'm glad Christmas is over with lol...now time to prepare for next year lol.

Baby Card

Good evening everyone!  I hope you all enjoyed your holiday.

I have a quick card that I made for my cousin who is visiting this week from North Carolina.  She is having a baby girl and is due in March.  Tomorrow is the last time I will see her before the baby is born so her baby shower/open house was tonight.

Sorry for the quality of the picture I was rushing to leave the house and just didn't take my time to take a nice one.

I can't believe that it's the last day.  Time has flown by.  It took me awhile to figure out what I wanted to do for the last post and figured I would show everyone my tree.  It's a live tree and luckily this year we were able to find a spruce.  Please don't pay attention to the scratches on the ceiling, years of tall trees has certainly taken it's toll.

Can you tell my house loves Christmas lol.  I also have a second tree which is considered the "kids" tree (there are no kids in the house, the ornaments on the tree are very old and bought mostly when my brother and I were kids).  That tree is a fake one but is just as beautiful (sorry no pics, you know me...I'm terrible at taking good pics).

Running out of wrapping paper?  Or need to wrap that last minute gift and don't feel like ripping into a new roll?  As I was trying to figure out what I would do for my Day 11 a little while ago, my mommom had told me about a gift wrapping idea she saw on the tv using cardstock.  I'm sure you can find this idea anywhere on the Internet, You Tube, Pinterest.  It's great for any occasion!  I wanted to share a gift that I wrapped for my aunt.  I recommend the cardstock wrapping with a smaller gift.
